Gaylord Boxes

iSustain is a supplier of Gaylord boxes, key components of recycling and packaging supplies. We have a variety of sizes and types of Gaylord boxes in stock at our facilities through our vendor partners. Full truckloads are generated regularly — tell us what you need, and we’ll find the box to fit. Below are descriptions of some of the Gaylord boxes we handle and ship regularly:

Plant Gaylords

Full bottom, triple wall Gaylord boxes. Capable of being double stacked easily.

Double Wall Gaylords

Double wall, full bottom Gaylords. Usually includes belly bands for added strength and support. Can be double stacked depending on the material you are putting them in.

Slip Sheet Bottom Gaylords

Triple wall Gaylords with partial bottom flaps. Slip sheets are usually included unless otherwise specified. Drop-in sheets make the box a full bottom box.

HPT-41’s

Full flap top and bottom, triple wall Gaylord boxes. Very sturdy and easily stackable. Great for protecting products from contamination and for stacking by closing the top flaps.

Bale Ties & Bulk Wire

We maintain large inventories of bale ties, super sacks, and bulk wire at nationwide distribution points and can ship from stock for fast delivery.

Bale Ties

Manufactured to specifications for hand-tie baling applications — easy to feed, bend, and tie, these products are an essential part of recycling and packaging supplies, often used alongside super sacks for efficient material handling.

Single-loop bale ties are recommended for baling cardboard, plastic, lumber, hay and fabrics. We have single-loop bale ties available in galvanized wire, 10-gauge to 15-gauge, length up to 24 feet, and either 125 or 250 ties per bundle.

Double-loop bale ties are made from high tensile wire for baling foam, tires, and other highly compressible materials. We offer double-loop bale ties in 9-gauge to 14-gauge, lengths up to 19 feet, and various ties per bundle.

Box Wire

We offer galvanized box wire and black annealed box wire, both ideal baling wire for recycling and packaging supplies, as well as for the agriculture and construction industries. Frequently used with super sacks, galvanized box wire and black annealed box wire are easy to work with and resilient. Choose from 50 lb (45 per pallet) and 100 lb (36 per pallet) boxes.

Black Annealed and Galvanized Baling Wire on Stands

We can ship galvanized and black annealed baling wire from stock quickly, making it an essential part of recycling and packaging supplies. A consistent oiled surface on our baling wire prevents rust and ensures smooth feeding through your baler. Approximate weight per carrier is 1800 lbs.

Galvanized Baling Wire is the optimal baling wire for two-ram balers and automatic wire tying machines, supporting various recycling and packaging supplies needs. Provides complete metallurgical traceability from the wire rod to the wire around your bales. 

Black Annealed Wire is drawn from medium carbon steel, annealed in a furnace, and then slowly cooled. This process produces strong, clean baling wire with superior elongation, ideal for recycling and packaging supplies applications.
